As a Customer Care Specialist – Remote at Enchanted Expeditions, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional administrative support and customer service from a remote location. Administrative Support:
- Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments for team members and clients.
- Assist in organizing documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office suite.
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline administrative processes and workflows.
Customer Service:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and professional assistance via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with booking travel arrangements, reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
- Address customer concerns, complaints, and issues in a timely and empathetic manner, striving for satisfactory resolutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering personalized service and anticipating their needs.
Communication:
