Job Description For Gainwell Technologies Remote Jobs USA 2024

This resolution position supports the WI Claims team by performing reviews of outstanding claims, reviewing appeals, and corresponding with other teams on various types of errors to resolve claims needing additional review. This position requires a high level of professionalism and high detail quality. This role utilizes several computer applications and majority of the work is completed utilizing these applications along with work instructions and moderate to complex written policies.

  • Health insurance claims submission, processing experience.
  • Ability to work with several different teams, tasks, and competing deadlines to ensure all work is completed accurately.
  • Ability to ensure internal and external customers, including leadership, have a clear understanding of status of workload and any potential roadblocks.

What we’re looking for

  • A minimum of 1-3 years’ experience working with claims, in either a provider billing or a health insurance processing capacity.  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills. Able to present information and solutions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Self-motivated with good time management and organizational skills and quality detail oriented.
  • Ability to perform a variety of tasks, as assigned within established timelines.
  • Strong capability to use various on-line systems to research and obtain necessary information to complete job responsibilities.
