Are you a proactive, curious and creative sales professional with a history of consistently delivery quality results? Are you looking to get into B2B software sales?  If so, then this is a great opportunity to sell in a complex, multi-contact, and consultative environment in the rapidly growing HR Technology market.

We’re looking for a few confident and energetic achievers to show potential clients how our suite of Predictive Talent Selection™ tools can improve their hiring process and ultimately, their bottom line.

  • Create a contact strategy to drive sales opportunities at enterprise level companies around Harver solutions 
  • Identify and develop opportunities within your territory and reach decision makers 
  • Work closely with your Senior Account Executive to consistently hit quota 
  • Work with sales and marketing executives to provide feedback on the market to continuously better our business and strategy 

We’re looking for people who have:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B sales
  • Proactive, curious, and creative approach when it comes to sales
  • Demonstrates a history of consistently delivering quality results
  • Frequently seeks to improve personally and professionally
  • Excels working in a remote environment with constant change
  • Experience in outbound prospecting into enterprise accounts and talent/HR teams is a plus
  • Candidates must be based in US ET or CT time zones.
