We are currently looking for a Finance Associate (Manufacturing) to join our team in Holland, MI. The position will be eligible for a flexible work schedule which allows for work from home 1 or 2 days a week.
Develop specific financial analysis, maintains financial reporting, and administers department activities. You will report to the Senior Finance Manager of America’s Manufacturing and support financial activities to produce financial reporting on various business units. You will ensure financial transactions are recorded in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and legal requirements. This is an entry-level role allowing for an individual to gain valuable experience and skillsets in a manufacturing Finance setting.
Experience with Microsoft Office application, financial and accounting consolidation systems.
Advanced Excel skills.
Must be accurate and able to meet deadlines.
Ability to work under minimal supervision.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Do you have these required qualifications?
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Ability to work in Holland, MI without relocation assistance.
Do you have these preferred qualifications?
Finance or Corporate Accounting experience through internship or work.
Experience working within an office furniture or manufacturing company.
