Job Description For Imagine Learning Remote Jobs USA 2024

The Operations Support Specialist supports internal team members and external partners. This role receives and responds to product information, account provisioning, system configuration and adjustment requests related to the Student Information System (SIS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS) used by the Instructional Services department.

The Operations Support Specialist supports all functions of the IS Operations team including account provisioning, user rostering, order processing and tracking, customer support, and client billing.

  • Serve as a resource for internal team members.
  • Answer product and system questions and requests.
  • Ascertain needs and resolve problems with customer-focused solutions.
  • Properly address issues or escalate when needed.
  • Process account provisioning and user or enrollment import requests quickly and error-free.
  • Meet team production standards.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services.
  • Attend regular training sessions to master new program features and release capabilities.
  • Validate customer workbook quantities, provide status updates & tracking numbers, and serve as a liaison between internal & external customers & company vendors.
  • Generate client usage reports according to criteria specified on reoccurring billing tasks.
  • Other duties as required.

Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field; or high school diploma with a one-year certificate from college or technical school; or 1 year of related experience and/or training; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a high level of professionalism.
  • Ability to quickly learn our products & services.
  • Proper ticket and time management skills are required to ensure a high level of productivity.
  • Willingness and ability to work flexible hours.
  • Proper use of grammar, spelling, and punctuation in all communications.
  • Computer proficient with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; working knowledge of CRM software (NetSuite) and Ticketing software (Zendesk) and Communication via Slack preferred.
