Job Description For Rubicon Technologies Remote Jobs USA 2024

The Client Services Associate (CSA) serves as a liaison between the Client Services Lead and vendors. This primarily involves assuring that all client services issues and requests for additional services are addressed promptly and thoroughly.

Additionally, the CSA is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company provided services as well as communicating effectively with team members within the department.

  • Manage projects from start to finish including sourcing, awards, service requests, and billing questions. Complete bids and awards for customers insuring timeliness and margin protection/growth
  • Resolve complex day-to-day escalated requests relating to vendor performance and client issues for current projects
  • Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns
  • Confirm container deliveries and removals with vendors as scheduled
  • Provide timely and accurate information to inbound customer service requests
  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming phone calls, emails, and other web-based systems
  • Respond proactively to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Ensure and measure scheduling and completion of additional services with both hauler and customer location for each team member
  • Ensure and measure the dispatching of extra services in the system
  • Follow up throughout the life of existing tickets and keep the customers informed about ticket status
  • Schedule services with service partners; Enter and update service requests and orders into designated internal work order system and/or portals
  • Ensure all service issues and requests for additional services are received, documented appropriate, responded to, followed up on, and closed in the system in a timely and thorough manner
  • Determine problems that demand immediate promotion to CS Lead
  • Support strategic ongoing initiatives communicated by the CS Lead
  • Resolve invoice questions and investigate payment issues with vendors
  • Assist manager with preparing the customer bills each month
  • Resolve vendor invoice issues to ensure data accuracy
  • Verify data points and update the system as needed
  • Project management as needed, including sustainability reporting, optimizing services, finding cost savings, weekly status updates, communicating policy updates that are relevant to customers, etc.
  • Foster and promote teamwork to support a positive working environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work well as part of a team
  • Ability to enter a high volume of transactions quickly and accurately with great attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Willingness to corporate with customers and management to resolve any issues that may arise
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel
