Job Description For Voya Financial Remote Jobs USA 2024

We are seeking college graduates and/or early career financial services professionals for a fantastic entry level opportunity in distribution with an industry leader in Retirement Services. Our Sales Desk Consultants for our Select Advantage product line are the front line of our sales organization.

In this role, you’ll learn to market to and build relationships with financial professionals by answering inbound calls from producers and marketers, helping them with sales materials, case design, and client opportunities. Consultants also learn how to sell at a high level and will assist the Regional Sales Consultants with outbound call campaigns.

  • Produce analyses, sales proposals and sales illustrations for Mutual Funds.
  • Communicate with agents and broker dealers to answer inquiries and resolve issues. Make and receive outbound (roughly 55 per day) and inbound calls.
  • Learn a sales call process and sales skills that you will employ in communications with advisors.
  • Promote product lines through marketing efforts via telephone on a proactive and reactive basis.
  • Administer the on boarding process for new producers in a designated territory.
  • Cultivating existing and identifying new relationships with field representatives to better position products.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business related field or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of financial experience and knowledge of mutual fund industry.
  • Highly motivated and driven with a passion for sales.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Knowledge & Experience:

  • FINRA Series 6 preferred. If not currently held, you must obtain within 90 days of start date.
