K2United is actively seeking a part-time Business Development Associate to join our Secondary Education Sales Team. This position is ideal for someone who is self-driven, outspoken, and can easily determine potential through conversations.
In this role, you will qualify sales leads by following a discovery process to ensure we can provide a solution that allows our educators to thrive. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Making initial contact and follow-up outreach for incoming leads via phone and email.
- Asking discovery questions and checking leads for viability.
- Facilitating smooth lead hand-off activities with the sales team.
- Documenting outreach information to allow quality customer records.
About You:
You are someone who gets joy from asking questions and discerning potential solutions that will help others. You like to follow outlined processes and document results. Your qualifications include:
- Experience in phone-based lead generation
- A professional customer service presence.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with impressive attention to detail.
- Desire to work between 24-29 hours a week
