Job Description For Mitchell International Remote Jobs USA 2024

The Strategic Sourcing Analyst coordinates purchasing activities with vendors to acquire inventory in a cost effective and timely manner.

  • Coordinates purchasing activities with vendors to acquire inventory in a cost effective and timely manner.
  • Prepares and processes purchase orders, purchase change orders, requests for quotes to suppliers and invoices.
  • Responsible for Visual Lease data input and integrity in enterprise-wide systems for all leased offices and equipment.
  • Manages Office Depot, Iron Mountain, shredding ordering platform, copier, and postage machine leasing.   
  • May recommend cost saving proposals including alternative sourcing.
  • Interacts closely with suppliers and QA to resolve quality and invoicing issues.
  • Back up to Corporate Receptionist including PTO.
  • Some facilities responsibilities in San Diego corporate office.

Qualifications

Minimum Education: 

  • Bachelors degree preferred.

Required Skills and Experience: 

  • This is an entry-level position. 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products, databases, and customer service is highly preferred. Professional oral and written communication skills required.

Desired Skills and Experience: 

  • Corporate office experience, such as a mail clerk, receptionist, etc. Able to handle multiple resopnsibilities.
