Job Description For XOi Technologies Remote Jobs USA 2024

As a Business Development Representative and valued member of our Sales team, you will be challenged with researching prospective customers, creating outreach strategies and identifying qualified sales opportunities for our Director of Enterprise Sales to drive to a successful close. You will conduct exploratory conversations with potential customers, use your business acumen to identify how XOi’s software can help a business grow and successfully position the XOi value proposition.

  • Lead inbound and outbound interaction with SMB/ Mid-Market and Enterprise prospects through various channels (calls, emails, web forms, and social media) to engage and qualify them for further sales engagement with a commitment to achieving 80-100 activities per day
  • Use CRM data and data gathered by leveraging other tools and resources to effectively determine the right strategies to connect with prospective buyers – 1×1. We want a BDR to think smart and not just focus on hitting your daily dials.
  • Target and penetrate target accounts utilizing your outbound prospecting skills – research accounts, identify key personas, generate interest and develop accounts to drive demand
  • Work with sales and marketing to develop and refine messaging, approach and to share learnings across your team
  • Lead effective discovery with prospects uncovering their unique needs and pain points and align with the value XOi’s solution can provide
  • Secure demos and discovery meetings for Account Executives to further assess and penetrate and prospect’s business and their viability as a new customer with XOi
  • Attend trade shows and proactively build relationships with new and current prospects
  • Stay up to date on market trends and the competitive landscape including competition’s strategies, products and target audiences


  • Inquisitive and a hunter for new business
  • 2+ years of business development and cold calling experience (SaaS, Field Service Management Software and/ or Construction Software experience preferred but not required)
  • Ability to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly quotas and KPIs
  • Effective time management skills – you know where you need to spend your time and you consistently focus on what needs to happen to drive the right results
  • Research leads, uncover needs, and consultatively persuade decision makers to consider XOi as a solution to meet their field service needs
  • Strong negotiation skills leveraging your confidence, tenacity, and ability to influence
  • Professional communication skills and a keen focus on customer experience
  • Bring a sense of urgency to meeting your quota and to serve the needs of our prospective customers
  • Comfortable communicating and working with all levels including C-level
  • Comfortable using sales tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator to support research and outreach
  • Travel: must be willing to travel once or twice a quarter
