Job Description For Bazaarvoice Remote Jobs USA 2024
Content Analysts read and apply codes to consumer generated content posted to our client’s websites. This content includes product reviews, questions, and general comments. Bazaarvoice has over 12,000 global clients. Each client has a unique set of guidelines by which their content is processed and coded. The Content Analyst is also a multi-faceted individual who may be utilized for occasional special projects. You will be expected to handle content in English only.
Skill and Experience Necessary for the Role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent international credential, required.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Possess a high level of comfort with learning and utilizing new applications and tools.
- Live and have Authorization to work in the United States.
- MUST be a resident of one of these states: AR, FL, GA, IN, IA, KS, KY, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, NH, NM, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA and WI.
- Ability to work a semi-flexible schedule of 16-29 hours per week. 16 hours are required Monday through Sunday. of those 16 hours must be worked on between Saturday at 12:01 AM CST and 12:00 PM CST on Sunday. An additional 13 hours can be worked anytime during the week (Monday to Sunday) to reach the maximum of 29 hours per week.
- Possess a computer with up-to-date operating system, an up-to-date smartphone, and have access to reliable, high-speed internet; a highly functioning home office is required.
Basic Skills:
- Possess high level of comfort with technology applications.
- Prior professional experience desired.
- Proficiency with e-mail, online messaging services and forums, and Web applications.
- Proficiency with Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Professional communication skills.
Job Skills:
- The ability to adapt to Bazaarvoice and our clients’ changing business needs.
- The capability to quickly assess content for suitability based on established guidelines and codes.
- The capacity to accurately apply all appropriate codes to received content.
- Display job-related dexterity and situational awareness expected of a mentored team member.
